We do all that is possible to provide safe food products and comply with legislative requirements for manufacture. This includes systems control, consistent monitoring and the full commitment by all Pritchitts' employees.
Pritchitts are accredited to Quality Management System IS0 9001:2000. We are independently assessed against this standard each year. Pritchitts have also gained certification to the British Retail Consortium (BRC) Global Standard at the ‘Grade A'.
We also regularly assess our suppliers to ensure that they too have satisfactory quality assurance practices in place. In the unlikely event of a quality problem, we have a designated, cross functional team (quality, manufacturing and engineering) who will thoroughly investigate the cause and recommend appropriate improvements aimed at minimising re-occurrence. We trend all reported customer complaints and ensure appropriate corrective actions are implemented if necessary.
