Millac Cappuccino Milk Launched

Pritchitts has launched Millac Cappuccino Milk, a unique milk that makes it easier to achieve the perfect cappuccino and latte by guaranteeing a consistent foam.

Featuring the same taste, vitamins and goodness of fresh milk, Millac Cappuccino Milk is quick and easy to foam and gives a luxurious, rich and smooth result every time. 

The secret to the new milk is the addition of extra proteins and stabilisers. While the added proteins have the ability to grab more of the air to form bubbles during the foaming process, the stabilisers stop the protein breaking down as quickly allowing it longer to form bubbles.

As a result, Millac Cappuccino Milk produces more foam than fresh milk which means operators require less volume per drink, representing a real cost saving. And due to the increased protein in Millac Cappuccino Milk, it can even be re-foamed once cooled down - something that is impossible to do with fresh milk. This gives operators the flexibility to re-use the milk not just for the same beverage but also in other milk-based drinks, helping to reduce wastage from foamed milk.

Ideal for bean to cup and traditional barista operated espresso machines, Millac Cappuccino Milk can be foamed from chilled but also from ambient, which eliminates the need for refrigeration to free up valuable space. And with an ambient shelf life of six months, the product eliminates the need for daily orders of fresh milk to be delivered and means operators need not worry about running out.

Priced at the same level as fresh milk, Millac Cappuccino Milk can be used in exactly the same way in all milky drinks including tea, hot chocolate and milkshakes.

The packs are easy to open and re-seal, and feature life-style photography evoking the coffee culture, making them ideal for use front of house.
